A bunch of saws

What is a saw blade and its application in wood industry

A bunch of saws is one of the most commonly used machines in the wood industry (carpentry, furniture, etc.). There is a band saws in size, name and application. For the first time in 1809, the idea of making a jigsaw puzzle was raised by Willian Newbury, but there were problems with his device.

One of the common problems in the saw made by William was the short life of the blade. In 1846, a French woman named Anne Palin, invented a new technique for welding saw blades, which created a revolution in the industry and used a machine gun. After this change, he began production and sales of a large jig.

The woodworking saw blade can be divided into two horizontal and vertical (standing) models.

Horizontal bar saws:

Horizontal bar saws are used in wood mills and large industries, and the diameter of the flange is 100 cm in diameter and is available in larger diameters. These saws are used for cutting large trunks of wood to cuttings and smaller logs. The tree trunks are placed on a cutting line using an electric or hydraulic jack and the operator drives the saw blade on the tree trunk using electric motors. These saws are also known as the (safer ram).

Vertical saw bench (standing):

Vertical bolt saws are available in most wood workshops and are much more general than horizontal saws. These saws are used in desktop sizes, for cutting thin and lightweight wood for molding, and in larger sizes up to a diameter of 100 cm for cutting portable wipers. Saw strips commonly used in carpentry workshops in Qatar are 60 or 80.

Vertical vertical saws are usually used in woodworking workshops and you need to have 3-phase power to set it up. But 60 or 80 saws are also available with single-phase power.

In this article, we will be specializing in the subject of a threaded sawing thread, or the perforated sawing of the flange.

Vertical band saws (standing):

Body:

These saws are usually made from a solid cast iron body. The cast iron body is very heavy, and it prevents the saw from slipping and twisting the engine. In some modern models, the iron body is also used, which is better to screw its base to the ground so that it does not crash due to shaking, adjustments and precision.

Gates:

The next part of the saws is the castle gates. There are two corners on the top and bottom of the saw. Each of these gates is connected to the body using the axle and bearings. The lower flange is fixed, but the upper flange with the adjustable screws on it has the ability to move up and down, back and forth. The up and down movement is for loosening and tightening the blade, and the rear and rear moves are intended to adjust the blade with a lower flange.

Electro-Motor :

The electro-motor is screwed to the body and uses a belt and a folio to connect to the lower hinge. The otomotor moves the lower crank and moves the upper clasp with the help of a saw blade. Electro motors are available in two single-phase and three-phase models on tape saws.

Protective Sections:

The blade connects to the gates and rotates using the electro-motor and so-called round. To protect the body and the life of the master, working against a possible blade out of the flange or breaking the blade is usually used with metal and wooden shields.

The metal shield is placed on the gates and the wooden shields are fitted in the box in the direction of the Tifa movement, and the lid is placed on it, so that the caps can be opened when needed to replace the blade.

These shields, in addition to their safety features, prevent the sawmill from being thrown into the surrounding area.

In the right shield, levers and bearings are used to control the blade back and forth and left and right. Which is adjustable according to the size of the wood and its thickness.

Page :

The page consists of several sections.

Gonias: Used to adjust the angle and adjust the cut width. In the new models, there is also an angular goniasis. A flattened cut for a flat cut and another for other angles.

Usually, however, the page can be rotated to the left and right in some small circle saws, and angular incisions can be made with this trick.

There is a longitudinal grill on the screen, which allows you to install a moving device on it. There is also a slit on the screen where you can direct the blade to the desired location.

Tips to Know About Band Saw:

All saw blades have gravel sections and scrub these parts once and for all. (Using a grease pump)

Make sure the blade is tight before turning it on.

After the work day has elapsed, use a screw adjustment knob to loosen the blade so that it does not leave the blade due to shrinkage and expansion.

Always wind the electro-motor and other parts of the saw and remove the dust from the dust.

After cutting If you do not have a vacuum cleaner, pick up sawdust from the ground to avoid breathing problems and eyesight.

Make sure the left and right blades are sharp and the blades are sharp, because the right left and right in the blade teeth will cause more pressure on the blade and electro-motor.

Use masks and glasses when cutting.

Turn off the device when setting Gunya.

When the machine is on, do not leave the blade in any way because the blade is thrown like a whip if the blade is torn.

Among the common and old brands of gun saws in Iran can be Parvin, Sesakaki, Ramesh, Hakopian, Tabriz and …. named .
